船舶在执行航运作业时,集装箱的排放序列及配载管理是影响集装箱物流效率的关键因素之一。合理的集装箱放置规划可以减少船舶停港时的倒箱作业,充分利用龙门吊作业时序分配,提高航运物流效率。船舶港口集装箱装卸顺序本质是一个NP模型,模型复杂性与集装箱种类及停靠码头数量有关。遗传算法是NP模型重要解决方案,本文在研究了现代船舶港口集装箱装卸模型的基础上,设计了基于遗传算法的解决方案,极大提高了装卸效率。
The ship in the implementation of shipping operations, emission sequence and container stowage is one of the key factors affecting the efficiency of logistics. Reasonable placement planning can reduce the ship container box port the operation, make full use of the port crane timing distribution, improve the efficiency of shipping logistics. The nature of the unloading sequence of the ship's port is an NP model, which is related to the complexity of the model and the type of container and the quantity of the dock. Genetic algorithm is an important solution of NP model. Based on the research of modern ship port container loading and unloading model, this paper designs a solution based on genetic algorithm, which greatly improves the efficiency of loading and unloading.
