利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件AVL-FIRE对柴油机缸内燃烧过程进行三维数值模拟。研究标准喷油量和标准含油量2种工况下不同掺水比例对于乳化油燃烧放热率、缸内温度、压力、NOx、碳烟等影响。研究表明柴油掺水乳化能够降低其燃烧产生的碳烟量,与纯柴油相比最大可降低43.8%碳烟排放,减排效果明显;标准喷油量下随着掺水比例的增加NOx生成量降低,在标准含油量下,NOx生成量随着掺水量的增加而增加。即使乳化油掺水比例相同,在不同工况下的燃烧特性也存在明显差异。
Three-dimensional numerical simulation of in-cylinder combustion process of diesel engine was carried out by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software AVL-FIRE. The effects of different water mixing ratio on the heat release rate, cylinder temperature, pressure, NOx and soot of emulsified oil under two working conditions of standard fuel injection quantity and standard oil content were studied. The results show that different water blending ratios have obvious emission reduction effect on the soot emission of emulsified oil combustion, and can reduce the soot emission by 43.8% compared with pure diesel oil Even if the proportion of emulsified oil mixed with water is the same, there are obvious differences in combustion characteristics under different working conditions.
