舰船为了避免被水中磁引信武器袭击,需要定期在消磁站(船)进行固定磁性处理。目前国外消磁站已经实现了临时缠绕纵向工作线圈消除该类型舰船的固定磁性。相比于其他水面舰艇,该类型舰船甲板宽大,舰岛较高,临时缠绕纵向工作线圈的工作量很大。针对此问题,提出一种基于垂向工作线圈对大型非对称舰船进行固定磁性处理的方法,并通过实验验证该方法的可行性。该方法可以提高消磁站固定磁性处理的工作效率。
In order to avoid being attacked by magnetic fuze weapons in water, ships need to undergo fixed magnetic treatment regularly at degaussing station (ship). At present, foreign degaussing stations have realized temporary winding longitudinal working coil to eliminate the fixed magnetic properties of this type of ship. Compared with other surface ships, this type of ship has wide deck and high ship island, so the work of temporary winding longitudinal working coil is very large. To solve this problem, a method of fixed magnetic treatment for large asymmetric ships based on vertical working coil is proposed, and the feasibility of the method is verified by experiments. This method can improve the efficiency of fixed magnetic treatment in degaussing station.
