针对导弹发射箱在水面舰艇高速巡航条件下整体式安全抛盖的需求,提出一种以点火器作为动力源的整体式安全抛盖方案。在此方案基础上,结合箱盖及开盖机构各部件在抛盖过程中的受力特性,建立了开盖机构活塞的运动方程,对前盖整体抛出的运动过程进行计算分析。通过舰艇导弹发射箱海上动态抛盖试验结果表明,箱盖的运动轨迹和安全距离满足导弹发射箱安全开盖要求,开盖方案及开盖机构参数设计方法合理可行。
Aiming at the requirement of integral safety cover of missile launching container under the condition of high-speed cruise of surface ship, a scheme of integral safety cover with igniter as power source is proposed. On the basis of this scheme, the motion equation of the piston of the cover opening mechanism is established according to the force characteristics of the cover and the parts of the cover opening mechanism in the process of cover throwing, and the motion process of the whole front cover throwing is calculated and analyzed. The test results show that the movement track and safety distance of the cover meet the requirements of the safe opening of the launching container, and the opening scheme and the design method of the opening mechanism parameters are reasonable and feasible.
