本文简要介绍潜艇压载水系统的功能,提出新型气囊式压载水系统及其构成。对气囊充气过程进行深入分析,并建立初始充气阶段的多节点结构模型及主充气阶段的质量阻尼模型。采用流固耦合软件ADINA对气囊充气过程进行数值模拟。结果为今后气囊展开过程控制方案提供参考的依据,并为气囊式压载水系统机理研究提供思路。
In this article, the function of submarine ballast water system is briefly introduced, and the precept and structure of a new type of ballonet ballast water system are put forward. The charging process of the system is deeply analyzed. The multi-node structure model of the initial charging process and the mass spring damper model of the main charging process are established. The fluid-structure coupling software ADINA is used to simulate the deploying process. This paper provides a reference for the control scheme of ballonet deploying process in the future, and provides a thought for the mechanism research of ballonet ballast water system.
