依托“雪龙2”号破冰船开展实船破冰试验,通过海冰采集及力学测量试验,记录破冰工况的功率和航速,结合不同冰场的环境条件数据,探索破冰功率与航速的变化关系,为实船试验积累经验。实船破冰试验过程包括海冰采集与力学试验、层冰连续破冰试验、冰区启动试验、冰区冲撞试验等。本文详细介绍了“雪龙2”号开展实船破冰试验的过程,并根据实测的海冰特性数据和船舶破冰航行数据,对“雪龙2”号破冰能力进行初步评估。相关的试验经验、数据采集处理方法以及实测数据可为实船破冰试验方法提供技术支撑,并为我国后续破冰船设计和建造提供一定参考。
Based on the "Xuelong 2" icebreaker, the full scale ice trials were carried out. Through the sea ice collection and mechanical measurement test, the power and speed of icebreaking conditions were recorded. Combined with the environmental data of different ice condition, the relationship between icebreaking power and speed was explored, which accumulated experience for the full scale ice trials. The process of ice trials includes sea ice collection and mechanical test, continuous icebreaking test, start-up test in ice, ramming test and so on. In this paper, the process of icebreaking test of "Xuelong 2" is introduced in detail, and the ice-breaking ability of "Xuelong 2" is preliminarily evaluated according to the measured sea ice characteristics data and ship ice-breaking navigation data. The relevant test experience, data acquisition and processing methods and measured data can provide technical support for the method of full scale ice trials, and provide some reference for the design and construction of following icebreakers in China.
