本文对数字图像相关(DIC)技术在水下耐压结构应变测量领域应用的可行性进行探索,首先开展开口试样单向拉伸应变测试试验研究,通过将DIC应变场测量结果与数值仿真结果、电阻式应变测试系统采集数据进行对比,验证DIC应变场测试技术在小尺度试样应变测试上的有效性;其次以某大型钛合金典型水下耐压结构为研究对象,在开展其静水内压试验时,分别以DIC和静态数字应变采集系统测量其结构局部应变;最后通过数据对比分析,得出将DIC应用于大型水下耐压结构局部应变测试具有可行性结论。本文详述了试验操作过程,可为同类试验提供技术指导。
In this paper, the application of digital image correlation (DIC) technology in the field of strain measurement of underwater pressure-resistant structures is explored. First, unidirectional tensile test of open specimen is carried out. The effectiveness of DIC strain field measurement technology is verified by comparing the DIC strain field measurement results with the numerical simulation results and the data collected by the resistance strain measurement system. Secondly, a typical underwater pressure-resistant structure of a titanium alloy is taken as the research object, and the local strain of the structure is measured by DIC and static digital strain acquisition system during the static water internal pressure test. Finally, through comparative analysis of the data, it is concluded that it is feasible to apply DIC to strain testing of underwater pressure-resistant structures. The operation process of the test is given in detail, which can provide technical guidance for the same type of test.
