针对某型海缆船多功能要求,确定缆盘区域结构基本型式,采用有限元方法对前期确定的结构加强型式进行舱段强度评估,分析各种装载工况及缆盘载荷,得出典型区域结构的计算结果,结合前期总纵强度校核结果,对于主甲板横向大开孔、缆盘底部中心区域开孔等加强区域进行改进,对比前期船体梁理论总纵强校核与舱段有限元的计算结果,分析局部载荷所占比值,以验证总纵强度校核和舱段有限元计算结果的准确性和合理性,对前期结构设计提供一定参考。
According to the multi-functional requirements of a certain type of submarine cable vessel, the basic structural type of cable tray area is determined, and the strength of cabin section is evaluated by finite element method. Based on the analysis of various working conditions and the load on the cable tray, the calculation results of typical regional structures are obtained. Combined with the previous longitudinal strength check results, the strengthening areas such as the transverse large opening in the center area of the bottom of the cable tray are improved, compared with the previous hull girder theoretical longitudinal strength check and cabin section finite element calculation results, analysis of the proportion of local load, in order to verify the overall longitudinal strength check and cabin section finite element calculation results accuracy and rationality to provide some reference for the early structural design.
