援潜救生装备体系能力建设对于提高国家海上军事能力、完成多样化军事任务,尤其对于保障潜艇部队战斗力和生命力具有重大意义。从整个援潜救生装备体系角度出发,对当代援潜救生装备体系构成进行明确,并介绍了各装备间协同作业方式;针对隶属于援潜救生装备体系中的相关装备,通过梳理近年来的国外主要研制机构动态、国外现役装备的最新技术状态来开展研究分析,并在此基础上阐述对我国援潜救生领域发展的相关启示。本文内容可供行业内研发人员和有关机构决策参考。
The capacity building of equipment system on submarine rescue is of great significance for enhancing the national maritime military capabilities, completing diverse military missions, and especially for ensuring the fighting power and vitality of submarine forces.From the perspective of the entire equipment system of submarine rescue, the composition of the contemporary equipment system is clarified. The cooperative approaches among equipment are also introduced. For the equipment belonging to the equipment system of submarine rescue, research and analysis are carried out by combing the latest progress of foreign equipment themselves and their research institutions. Base on the current status analysis, the implications for the development with respect to domestic submarine rescue field are illustrated as well. It can be used as reference for decision-making of the relevant personnel and institutions in the industry.
