本文基于海上可再生能源多能互补综合利用的思想,提出一种半潜式的海洋平台,并根据海上综合保障平台几何特点及重量参数,设计平台的系泊方案。在考虑风轮载荷的情况下,使用ANSYS-AQWA软件对平台进行水动能力性能分析。分析对比了锚链和锚链-浮筒-锚链2种系泊方案在作业工况和自存工况下对平台运动响应及系泊张力的影响。此外,还分析了系泊破损情况下平台运动响应及系泊张力。研究发现:2个方案均具有足够的安全性;组合系泊方案下平台在不同浪向角下的横荡略大于纯锚链系泊方案,垂荡位移低于纯锚链系泊方案;并且系泊张力安全系数更高。
The paper proposes a semi-submersible marine platform, based on the concept of comprehensive utilization of offshore renewable energy. According to the geometric and weight parameters of the platform, design a mooring scheme for the platform. Considering wind turbine loads, the hydrodynamic of platform is analysed using ANSYS-AQWA software. The study compares the effects of anchor chain and anchor chain-float-anchor chain mooring schemes on platform motion response and mooring tension under operational and survival conditions. Besides, the motion response and mooring tension are also analysed under the condition of mooring damage. The results show that both schemes demonstrate safely. Under the composite mooring scheme, the swaying of platform is slightly greater than that of the pure anchor chain mooring scheme at different wave angles, while heave is lower and the mooring tension safety factor is higher.
