本文基于改进A*算法,结合气象数据与自动识别系统(AIS)数据,考虑船舶在实时海域航行时的结构可靠度,提出一种航线决策方法。以某集装箱船为例,对其在南海区域的典型航线进行仿真分析,运用所提方法获得该船的优化航线,分别得到船舶在2条航线中航行时的船体梁结构可靠度变化趋势。结果表明,所提方法在保障船舶航行时结构可靠性方面有较强的适应性,可以根据实时的天气和海况信息得到最可靠的航线,为决策者提供决策支持,有助于减少事故风险。
This paper proposes a route decision-making method based on an improved A* algorithm, which integrates meteorological data and automatic identification system (AIS) data while considering the structural reliability of ships during real-time navigation. Using a container ship as a case study, a simulation analysis was conducted on a typical route in the South China Sea. The proposed method was used to obtain the optimized route for the ship, and the trend of hull girder structural reliability changes was observed for the two routes.The results show that the proposed method has strong adaptability in ensuring the structural reliability of ships during navigation. It can obtain the most reliable route based on real-time weather and sea conditions information, provide decision support for decision makers, and help reduce accident risks.
