为了探究对转式吊舱推进器直航和偏转工况下的水动力性能,在空泡水筒中开展了对转式吊舱推进器的相关水动力性能试验。测量了对转式吊舱推进器直航与偏转±5°、±10°下前、后桨的推力和扭矩及推进器单元整体力。试验结果表明,直航工况下,前桨的推力系数和扭矩系数最小,其值随着偏转角度的增加而增加;后桨的推力系数和扭矩系数随着偏转角度-10°~10°逐渐增加;由于吊舱体存在,推进器单元推力小于前桨与后桨推力之和,吊舱推进器单元力随偏转角变化比较复杂;推进器的最大效率点对应的进速系数随偏转有变化,但是维持在一定的进速系数区间内。
In order to investigate the hydrodynamic performance of contra-rotating pod propulsor under deflection condition, the hydrodynamic performance test of hybrid counter-rotating pod propeller under deflection condition was carried out in cavitation water cylinder. The thrust and torque of the front and rear propellers and the whole force of the Contra-Rotating Pod Propulsor were measured under straight forward and deflection of ±5°, ±10°. The results show that under direct flight conditions, the thrust coefficient and torque coefficient of the front propeller are the smallest, and their values increase with the increase of deflection angle; The thrust coefficient and torque coefficient of the rear propeller gradually increase with the deflection angle of –10°~10°; Due to the presence of the pod body, the thrust of the thruster unit is less than the sum of the thrust of the front and rear propellers, and the force of the pod thruster unit varies more complexly with the deflection angle; The maximum efficiency point of the thruster corresponds to a variable acceleration coefficient with deflection, but it remains within a certain acceleration coefficient range.
