FPSO设计要求24寸以上大管径管道的支架需根据管道应力分析结果进行特殊设计,并进行评估验证确保支架结构功能安全。对某FPSO大管径Cu-Ni合金管道支架设计,从管道支架型式及限位、支撑功能出发,研究大管径管道支架力学特征,总结特殊设计支架结构安全验证要点;结合有限元仿真分析及理论分析技术提出大管径管道支架结构安全评估方法;利用分析大管径Cu-Ni合金管道支架的相关数据,通过算例工程应用验证该评估方法工程应用便利性,可供其他大管径管道支架特殊设计验证参考和借鉴。
Per the FPSO project design principle, in the design of pipe support that used for pipes with diameter larger than 24 inches, special attention is needed both in the pipe support design and analysis technique to ensure the structure robust. Based on the design of pipe support for Cu-Ni large pipe which used in a specified FPSO project, firstly, the large pipe support mechanical characteristic was studied per the pipe support function, the special analysis requirements were concluded accordingly; secondly, a combined FEA approach and theoretical approach analysis method of pipe support is proposed to deal with the analysis requirement; finally, the convenience of engineering application was demonstrated by carried out the calculation example based on the referred pipe support data, the proposed analysis method can provide reference and guidance for the design of relevant pipe support for large pipes.
