传统的疏浚作业方式效率低、环境干扰大、运输成本高,平陆运河建设过程中设计了一种新型航道疏浚物浮式输送装置。为保障其实际操作工况下的稳定性与安全性,采用数值模拟的方法,借助AQWA、MOSES软件建立模型,在不同工况下,对该新型装置进行的稳性和系泊分析,计算得出新型装置在风浪流作用下的位移、横摇角度、缆绳张力等关键参数的变化情况,验证了带缆桩结构强度与装置的完整稳性指标。通过计算分析,本研究为该新型装置的系泊及稳性设计提供重要参考依据。
The traditional dredging operation mode has low efficiency, large environmental interference and high transportation cost. In the process of the construction of the Pinglu Canal, a new type of channel dredged material floating conveying device is designed. In order to ensure the stability and safety under the actual operating conditions, the numerical simulation method is used to establish the model with the help of AQWA and MOSES software. Under different working conditions, the stability and mooring analysis of the new device are carried out. The changes of key parameters such as displacement, roll angle and cable tension of the new device under the action of wind, wave and current are calculated, and the structural strength of the cable pile and the complete stability index of the device are verified. Through calculation and analysis, this study provides an important reference for the mooring and stability design of the new device.
