航空煤油能否在船舶大功率柴油机中使用,燃料的润滑性能是必须考察的一个重要因素。为了研究柴油和航空煤油掺混燃料能否满足船舶大功率柴油机对燃料油润滑性能的要求,在实验室制备了编号为K0、K10、K30、K50、K70和K100的柴油和煤油掺混燃料,通过理化性能测试和摩擦磨损试验,考察了掺混燃料的理化性能变化和润滑性能。试验表明煤油掺入到柴油中会降低燃料的粘度、闪点和凝点,粘度和闪点成比例下降,柴油对掺混燃料凝点的影响要大于煤油;煤油比例的增加会降低燃料的润滑性能,低质量比例(50%以下)煤油的掺入对润滑性能的影响有限,K70比K50的磨损体积增加近一倍。
Whether aviation kerosene can be used in marine high-power diesel engines, the lubrication performance of the fuel is an important factor that must be investigated. In order to study whether the blended fuel of diesel and aviation kerosene can meet the lubricating performance requirements of marine high-power diesel engines, the diesel and kerosene blended fuel K0, K10, K30, K50, K70 and K100 were prepared in the laboratory. The physical and chemical properties and lubricating properties of the blended fuel were investigated through physical and chemical properties test and friction and wear test. The results show that the viscosity, flash point and freezing point of the fuel will be reduced when kerosene is added into diesel fuel. The viscosity and flash point will decrease in proportion. The effect of diesel on the freezing point of the fuel is greater than that of kerosene. An increase in the proportion of kerosene will reduce the lubrication performance of the fuel, and the incorporation of low mass proportion (less than 50%) kerosene has a limited effect on the lubrication performance, and the wear volume of K70 is nearly double that of K50.
