本文以船舶推进轴系艉轴承为研究对象,基于计算流体学方法与简谐激励法,采用变流域动网格技术计入轴颈轴向运动,研究了不同轴颈倾角和轴颈转速工况下轴颈轴向运动对艉轴承各向刚度阻尼等动力学特性系数的影响。计算结果表明,轴颈轴向运动对艉轴承的轴承刚度、阻尼等动力学特性系数有显著影响,其影响幅度与轴颈倾角呈正相关。轴颈转速和轴颈轴向运动对轴承动力学特性参数的影响相互独立,两者之间无耦合关系。轴承轴向刚度主要受轴颈轴向位移的影响,轴承轴向阻尼主要受轴颈轴向速度的影响,且均与轴颈倾角呈正相关。轴颈转速对轴承轴向刚度和轴向阻尼的影响不明显。
Taking the ship shaft stern bearing as the research object, based on computational fluid dynamics method and harmonic excitation method, this paper uses variable basin dynamic grid technology to take into account the axial movement of the journal, and studies the influence of the axial movement of the Journal on the dynamic characteristic coefficients of the stern bearing such as oil film force and stiffness damping in all directions under the conditions of different journal inclination and journal speed. The results indicate that journal axial vibration has a significant effect on bearing dynamic characteristics, like bearing stiffness and damping coefficients, and the effect is positively correlated with journal misaligned angle. The effect of shaft rotation speed and journal axial vibration on bearing dynamics characteristics are independent, they have no coupling. Bearing axial stiffness is mainly affected by the journal axial displacement, bearing axial damping is mainly affected by journal axial velocity, and they are positively correlated with the misaligned angle. The influence of rotational speed on bearing axial stiffness and axial damping is not obvious.
