为了研究预喷射策略对压燃式甲醇发动机燃烧稳定性的影响,将1台带有电热塞的柴油机改造为甲醇发动机,对发动机设置2次预喷射并进行试验,研究分析了预喷正时和预喷脉宽比例对甲醇发动机各曲轴转角下的缸内压力、指示平均有效压力、峰值缸压的循环变动系数及燃烧始点的四分位距的影响。研究结果表明,合理设置预喷参数可使缸内压力最大循环波动率降低25.77%,指示平均有效压力循环波动率至多降低5.09%,峰值缸压循环波动率至多降低13.16%,燃烧始点的极差与四分位距分别最大可降低10.3°CA,四分位距最大可减小5°CA。
In order to study the impact of pre-injection strategies on the combustion stability of methanol compression ignition engines, a diesel engine equipped with a glow plug was converted into a methanol engine. The engine was set up with two pre-injections and experiments were conducted to analyze the effects of pre-injection timing and pre-injection pulse width ratio on the cycle-to-cycle variation coefficients of in-cylinder pressure, indicated mean effective pressure, peak cylinder pressure, and the interquartile range of combustion start points at various crankshaft angles. The study found that appropriate settings for pre-injection parameters could reduce the maximum cycle-to-cycle fluctuation rate of in-cylinder pressure by 25.77%, the fluctuation rate of indicated mean effective pressure by up to 5.09%, the fluctuation rate of peak cylinder pressure by up to 13.16%, the extreme range and interquartile range of the combustion start points can be reduced by up to 10.3°CA and 5°CA, respectively.
