水下释放装置是一种用于水下航行器失事人员自救的新型救生保障装备,但由于缺少可视化手段航行器内部操作人员难以掌握水下释放装置的实时状态。针对水下释放装置存在实时监测性差、可视化程度低的问题,设计了一种基于虚实仿真的水下释放装置数字孪生系统。该系统利用STM32单片机作为数据终端进行数据收发,通过Simulink实现释放过程仿真,并基于Unity3D开发人机交互界面,有效实现了水下释放装置状态的实时监测,并显著提升了现有装置的可视化程度和自动化水平,为水下设备的状态感知提供了新的解决方案。
The underwater release device is a new type of life-saving equipment used for self rescue of underwater vehicle accidents. However, due to the lack of visual means, it is difficult for the internal operators of the vehicle to grasp the real-time status of the underwater release device. A digital twin system for underwater release devices based on virtual and real simulation was designed to address the problems of poor real-time monitoring and low visualization level of underwater release devices. The system utilizes STM32 microcontroller as the data terminal for data transmission and reception, simulates the release process through Simulink, and develops a human-machine interaction interface based on Unity3D, effectively achieving real-time monitoring of the status of underwater release devices and significantly improving the visualization and automation level of existing devices, providing a new solution for the state perception of underwater equipment.
