为改善永磁同步电机在宽速域调速过程中的抖振问题,提出一种基于I/F起动和滑模观测器控制的永磁同步电机无位置传感器复合控制算法。在电机运行的低速域采取I/F控制,在电机运行的中高速域采取滑模观测器控制,当电机转速满足一定条件时进行控制算法的切换。采取了粒子群智能优化算法对滑模观测器的切换函数参数进行改进,减小了滑模观测器控制的抖振;对于控制算法的切换,采取了一种对d-q轴电流同时调整的转子角自适应调整策略;并通过仿真验证了本文控制方法的有效性。
In order to improve the vibration problem of PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor) during speed regulation in wide speed domain, a position sensor-less compound control algorithm of PMSM based on I/F starting and sliding mode observer control is proposed. I/F control is adopted in the low-speed domain of motor operation, and sliding mode observer control is adopted in the middle and high-speed domain, and the switching of control algorithm is carried out when the motor speed meets certain conditions. A particle swarm intelligent optimization algorithm is adopted to improve the parameters of the sliding mode observer switching function, which reduces the jitter of the sliding mode observer control; for the switching of the control algorithm, a rotor angle adaptive adjustment strategy for the simultaneous adjustment of the d-q-axis currents is adopted; and the effectiveness of the control method of this paper is verified through simulation verification.
