深海耐压罐的作用是隔绝外界海水高压,保障内部仪器设备正常工作,其可靠性首先取决于密封性能。本文针对深海耐压罐筒体和端盖的3种典型密封结构,分别从密封可靠性、操作便捷性和结构强度3个方面进行了比较。综合考虑各自优缺点,再借鉴压力容器规范中相关密封结构的设计思路,提出了适用的新型密封结构,并在此基础上对新型密封结构进行优化。研究结果表明,新设计的结构密封可靠、拆装便捷、尺寸紧凑,其筒体根部应力经优化明显降低。
The function of the deep-sea pressure pod is to isolate the high pressure of the sea water, and to ensure the normal operation of the internal instruments and equipment, its reliability depends first on the sealing performance. In this paper, three typical sealing structures of deep-sea pressure pod’s cylinder and cap are compared in terms of sealing reliability, operation convenience and structural strength. Considering the advantages and disadvantages of each other, and drawing on the design idea of related sealing structures in the pressure vessel specification, a new type of sealing structure is proposed, and on this basis, the optimization of the new sealing structure is carried out. The result shows that new type of sealing structure is reliable to seal, easy to disassemble, compact in size, and the stress at the root of the cylinder is obviously reduced after optimization.
