舰船舱室空间密闭、功能密集且多约束耦合,传统布局设计存在指标失衡、约束满足度低等问题,难以适配舰船空间高效利用与人员作业安全需求。本文以某型护卫舰指挥舱为研究对象,明确功能、物理、人机、安全四大核心约束,随后构建虚拟现实建模+多目标优化技术框架,多目标优化模型聚焦空间利用率、作业效率、安全性三大维度,并设定重量平衡、电磁兼容、通道宽度约束,采用改进NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解,最后进行仿真环境验证。结果显示,优化后指挥舱空间利用率、作业效率与约束满足度均显著提升。
The cabin space of ships is closed, with dense functions and multiple constraints coupled. Traditional layout designs have problems such as unbalanced indicators and low satisfaction of constraints, making it difficult to meet the requirements of efficient utilization of ship space and safety of personnel operations. This paper takes the command cabin of a certain type of frigate as the research object, clarifies the four core constraints of function, physics, human-machine, and safety, and then constructs a virtual reality modeling + multi-objective optimization technology framework. The multi-objective optimization model focuses on three dimensions: space utilization rate, operation efficiency, and safety, and sets weight balance, electromagnetic compatibility, and channel width constraints. The improved NSGA-II algorithm was adopted for solution, and finally verified in the simulation environment. The results show that after optimization, the space utilization rate, operation efficiency and constraint satisfaction degree of the command cabin have all been significantly improved.
