本研究基于国际潜艇逃生与救援联络办公室及相关各国海军舰艇资料调研,系统梳理了 2025 年国际现役潜艇救援船的发展现状,分析了它们的技术特点和主要配套装备,旨在为我国相关船型设计与建造提供参考。全球主要海军国家的现役潜艇救援船呈现差异化发展路径:美军和北约援潜救生系统采用模块化设计,依托军民舰船动态数据库实现快速部署;区域型海军则以专用船型为主,注重高海况作业能力。国外潜艇救援船型设计分为专用型与类海工改造型,前者以月池设计提升救援效率,后者通过模块化降低成本。本研究结果可为潜艇救援船的专业化设计、装备集成及国际合作提供技术借鉴。
This research is based on the investigation of the materials of the International Submarine Escape and Rescue Liaison Office and the naval vessels of relevant countries. It systematically sorts out the development status of the international active submarine rescue ships in 2025, analyzes their technical characteristics and main supporting equipment, aiming to provide references for the design and construction of relevant ship types in China. The research shows that the active submarine rescue ships of the world's major naval countries present different development paths: The submarine rescue and salvage systems of the US military and NATO adopt modular design and achieve rapid deployment relying on the dynamic database of civil and military ships; regional navies mainly use dedicated ship types and pay attention to the operation ability in high sea conditions. The design of foreign submarine rescue ship types is divided into dedicated types and offshore engineering-like modified types. The former improves the rescue efficiency through the moonpool design, while the latter reduces costs through modularization. The research results provide technical references for the professional design, equipment integration and international cooperation of submarine rescue ships.
