梳理国外常规潜艇总体发展动向，聚焦日本、韩国、德国、印度、俄罗斯等典型国家常规潜艇发展历程进行系统性研究，把握其主要发展背景、思路以及关键技术应用节点；在对比以上国家现役主力及新一代常规潜艇基础上，结合在研在建潜艇的技术特点，分析常规潜艇在总体设计、动力能源、武器负载和电子信息系统领域的技术发展特征与趋势，并从发展思路、项目规划、技术布局等方面总结国外发展经验，研提相关认识和启示建议。
To sort out the overall development trend of foreign conventional submarines, and focus on the development history of conventional submarines in Japan, South Korea, Germany, India, Russia and other typical countries to conduct a systematic study, and grasp the main development background, ideas and key technology milestones; to analyze the characteristics and trends of the technology development of conventional submarine in the fields of overall design, powering, weapons and electronic systems, based on comparing the in-service with new-generation conventional submarines of the above countries, combining with the technological characteristics of submarines under research and development. It will also summarize the development experience of foreign countries in terms of development, project planning, technology layout, etc., and study and put forward the relevant understanding and suggestions.
