由于目前水面舰船油水代换系统的应用与研究较少,缺少对其全系统工作特性开展试验研究。故本文以某船油水代换系统为研究对象,进行了油水代换缩尺模型试验系统设计,并通过试验台架搭建,开展了串联/并联、开式/闭式等各种设计方案下的油水代换特性试验研究,对各工况动态特性、油水混合性能、阻力特性等进行分析;开展了基于试验系统的油水代换阻力特性仿真分析与模型优化研究,提出了边界条件优化方案,为油水代换系统设计提供优化建议,为开展实船油水代换系统仿真分析及设计优化提供技术支撑。
At present, there are few applications of oil-water substitution system in surface ships. There is a lack of experimental study of operating characteristics of oil-water substitution system. Based on the oil-water substitution system of a ship, the scale-model system was designed in this paper. The scale-model system can be used for experimental research under various working conditions,for example, series or parallel operation, open or close operation,etc. The Dynamic features, oil-water mixing performance and resistance characteristics are analyzed. The simulation model is built and the then simulation method is modified based on the comparison of experiments and simulations. Suggestions on optimization of real ship application are put forward.
