随着航运业绿色低碳转型不断深入,液化天然气(LNG)成为当前主流船用清洁能源之一,LNG燃料动力船迎来规模化发展阶段。气试作为LNG燃料动力船从建造到交付过程中至关重要的一环,是对船舶建造质量和LNG燃料动力系统的重要检验程序,因此需进一步规范流程。本文以7500 CEU汽车滚装船气试为例,阐述了LNG燃料动力船的气试流程、实施要点,并提出控制要点优化方案及应急处置措施,为船舶气试方案编制与安全作业提供借鉴。
With the continuous deepening of the green and low-carbon transformation in the shipping industry, liquefied natural gas (LNG) has become one of the current mainstream clean marine energy sources, and LNG fueled power ships has entered a stage of large-scale development. As a crucial link in the process from construction to delivery of LNG fueled ships, gas testing is a significant inspection procedure for ship construction quality and the LNG fueled power system. This process requires further regulation. Taking the Gas Trial of the 7500 CEU LNG-Fueled PCTC as an example, this paper elaborates on the gas trial process and key implementation points for LNG-fueled vessels. It proposes optimized control measures and emergency response procedures, serving as a reference for formulating ship gas trial plans and ensuring safe operations.
