新形势下,试验鉴定要加强实战电磁环境下系统级电磁环境效应试验的鉴定与评估。通过分析当前工作与新要求的差距,对系统级电磁环境效应试验鉴定进行总体设计,提出了不同平台不同场景试验要求的确定方法,明确了全寿命期舰船系统级电磁环境效应试验鉴定工作项目集,以及系统级电磁环境效应试验实施和评估方法,为面向实战、全系统和全要素的电磁环境效应试验鉴定提供指导,对提升实战环境下的舰船战斗力具有重要意义。
Under the new situation, equipment testing and evaluation should strengthen the identification and evaluation of system level electromagnetic environmental effects in actual combat electromagnetic environments, and be close to actual combat to understand the bottom line of ship system level electromagnetic environmental effects. By analyzing the gap between current work and new requirements, an overall design for system level electromagnetic environment effect testing and identification has been carried out. Methods for determining testing requirements for different platforms and scenarios have been proposed, and the project set for the full life cycle ship system level electromagnetic environment effect testing and identification, as well as the implementation and evaluation methods for system level electromagnetic environment effect testing, have been clarified. This provides guidance for the practical, system wide, and all element electromagnetic environment effect testing and identification of equipment, and is of great significance for improving the combat effectiveness of ships in practical environments.
