以精准量化碳排放,推动船舶制造业向绿色低碳转型为目的,提出船舶总装建造碳排放监测核算优化方法。构建涵盖原材料生产及运输、设备能源消耗、物料消耗等碳排放源的监测核算清单,依据该清单划分不同核算边界;利用物联网(Internet of Things,IoT)收集船舶总装建造过程中各工位、设备的能源消耗数据,将其作为模型输入,以船舶总装建造碳排放最小作为优化目标,结合关键生产设备资源、总工期、工艺限制、物料供应、能源环境以及人力资源约束条件构建碳排放监测核算模型;采用NSGA-II算法和局部禁忌搜索策略求解该模型,实现碳排放监测核算优化。结果表明,该方法在碳排放总量、工期和成本等指标上均取得明显改进,说明其能够为建造过程的低碳决策提供可靠依据。
In order to accurately quantify carbon emissions and promote the transformation of shipbuilding industry to green and low carbon, an optimization method of carbon emission monitoring and accounting for ship assembly construction is proposed. Construct a monitoring and accounting list covering raw material production and transportation, equipment energy consumption, material consumption and other carbon emission sources, and divide different accounting boundaries according to this list; Using IoT to collect the energy consumption data of each station and equipment in the process of ship assembly construction, and taking it as the model input, taking the minimum carbon emission of ship assembly construction as the optimization goal, and combining the key production equipment resources, total construction period, process restrictions, material supply, energy environment and human resources constraints, a carbon emission monitoring and accounting model is constructed; The NSGA-II algorithm and local tabu search strategy are used to solve the model, and the optimization of carbon emission monitoring and accounting is realized. The results show that this method has made obvious improvements in the total carbon emission, construction period and cost, which shows that it can provide reliable basis for low-carbon decision-making in the construction process.
