鉴于行业内,对国军标14.1A、CCS钢质海船入级规范中有关船用柴油机曲轴疲劳强度校核方法的理解和认识存在一定程度的偏差,就此问题对2种规范的校核方法进行对比分析与解读,突出强调舰船柴油机曲轴疲劳强度校核计算的必要性;通过材料极限应力图以及戈塔佛肯-苏德贝格法阐述曲轴疲劳强度校核公式的物理意义,对校核计算方法中交变扭转应力单幅值、名义交变扭转应力、曲轴疲劳极限、曲轴疲劳强度许用应力数值的选取展开讨论,提出见解;同时对曲轴疲劳强度校核计算的安全性判据进行定性分析,为行业内船用柴油机曲轴疲劳强度校核的准确计算提供理论支撑。
Given that there is a certain degree of deviation in the understanding and recognition of the fatigue strength verification method for marine diesel engine crankshafts in the GJB14.1A and CCS “Rules for Classification of Sea-going Steel Ships” in the industry, a comparative analysis and interpretation of the verification methods of the two standards are conducted to highlight the necessity of fatigue strength verification calculation for marine diesel engine crankshafts. The physical significance of the crankshaft fatigue strength verification formula is explained through the material limit stress diagram and the Götaverken-Soderberg method. The values of single amplitude of alternating torsional stress, nominal alternating torsional stress, crankshaft fatigue limit, and fatigue strength allowable stress in the verification calculation method is discussed, and insights are proposed. At the same time, conduct a qualitative analysis of the safety criteria for crankshaft fatigue strength verification calculation. It provides theoretical support for the accuracy of fatigue strength verification of marine diesel engine crankshafts in the industry.
