为解决超宽船体并线建造困难,船台利用率低的问题,提出一种新型的偏心移船下水方法,并采用数值仿真与计算方法对移船、过驳和出驳全流程的可行性和可靠性进行验证。结果表明,该新型移船下水方法移船过程结构最大受力120 MPa,小于许用应力225 MPa,过驳和出驳过程平稳。研究结果可为船厂生产计划的柔性规划提供参考。
In order to solve the problems of parallel construction of super-wide hulls and low utilization rate of the ship platform, a new type of eccentric ship transfer launching method is proposed, and the feasibility and reliability of the whole process of ship transferring, barge crossing and barge discharging are verified by numerical simulation and calculation methods. The results show that the maximum structural force of 120 MPa in the ship transferring process of the new ship transferring and launching method is less than the permissible stress of 225 MPa, and the barge transferring and barge discharging process is smooth. The results of the study can provide a reference for the flexible planning of the shipyard′s production program.
