为了研究车辆装载模式对大型汽车运输船疲劳寿命的影响,以某10800车汽车运输船为研究对象,配置了均匀装载、混合装载及极限装载3种装载类型,并计算各装载模式的疲劳寿命。结果表明,当固定轻车甲板装载模式相同时,混合装载模式疲劳寿命大于均匀装载模式,极限装载模式疲劳寿命最小;同一类装载模式下,随着固定轻车甲板装车量增加,疲劳寿命可能增加或减小,设计人员应结合具体情况单独分析;部分极限装载模式下,疲劳寿命不满足要求。研究成果可供大型汽车运输船结构设计参考。
In order to study the influence of loading pattern for fatigue strength assessment of large pure car and truck carrier (PCTC), Three types of loading patterns, namely uniform loading, mixed loading and extreme loading were configured for a 10800 CEU PCTC. The fatigue life was calculated for each loading pattern. The results show that when the loading pattern of fix light car deck remains the same, the fatigue life under mixed loading pattern is greater than that under the uniform loading pattern, while the fatigue life under extreme loading pattern is the smallest. Within the same type of loading pattern, as the number of vehicles loaded on fixed light car deck increases, the fatigue life may increase or decrease. Designers should analyze each case individually based on specific conditions. In some extreme loading patterns, the fatigue life does not meet the requirements. The result can be used as a reference for structural design of large PCTC.
