针对舰船振动主动控制系统中控制点与目标区域不一致可能导致的控制效果不佳问题,本文提出一种基于控制区域与目标区域相干分析的主动控制策略优化方法。采用FxLMS最小均方算法,进行基于相干性理论误差传感器布置方案的线谱控制试验,并与传统的基于同位配置的对照组线谱控制试验结果进行对比。对比传统的布置方案,该方案在30 Hz时,亮点提高了3 dB,平均值提高了3.1 dB;在99 Hz的工况下分别取得了亮点提高0.4 dB、平均值提高0.78 dB的控制效果。
Aiming at the problem of poor control effects potentially caused by the inconsistency between control points and target areas in active vibration control systems for ships, this paper proposes an optimization method for active control strategies based on coherence analysis between control and target areas. Using the FxLMS algorithm, a line spectrum control experiment was conducted with an error sensor placement scheme based on coherence theory, and the results were compared with those of a traditional co-located control group experiment. Compared to the traditional placement scheme, the proposed scheme achieved a 3 dB improvement at highlight points and a 3.1 dB average improvement at 30 Hz; under the 99 Hz condition, it achieved a 0.4 dB improvement at highlight points and a 0.78 dB average improvement.
