针对老旧船舶腐蚀状态评估中模型适用性不足、指标体系不全面等问题,本文在分析老旧船舶腐蚀机理与损伤特征的基础上,构建了以船体结构极限强度、屈曲强度、剩余承载力和结构可靠度为核心的性能评估模型,并通过2艘服役年限相近但维护水平不同的老旧散货船进行了实船验证。研究表明,腐蚀损伤与结构性能衰减存在显著关联,维护策略的差异会导致同船龄船舶的结构性能产生显著分化,所构建的评估模型能够精准量化并区分不同状态下的船舶结构性能水平,可为航运企业开展老旧船舶安全评估、维修决策提供技术支撑。
In view of the issues of insufficient model applicability and incomplete indicator systems in the corrosion condition assessment of aged ships, this paper, based on an analysis of the corrosion mechanisms and damage characteristics of aged ships, constructs a performance assessment model centered on the ultimate strength, buckling strength, residual bearing capacity, and structural reliability of hull structures. The model is validated using two aged bulk carriers with similar service lives but different maintenance levels.Research shows that differences in maintenance strategies can lead to significant differentiation in the structural performance of ships with the same age. Even with similar service lives, maintenance strategies and local reinforcement measures can lead to distinct differences in the structural performance of aged ships. The proposed assessment model can accurately quantify and distinguish the structural performance levels of ships under different conditions, providing technical support for shipping enterprises in conducting safety assessments and maintenance decision-making for aged ships.
