为了评估船龄对旧油轮改造FPSO工程影响,以船龄为5年和15年的VLCC型油轮为研究对象,分析不同船龄油轮规范要求的差异性。基于S-N曲线和Miner线性累计损伤理论,按照全球海域航行环境条件,采用MARS软件对不同船龄油轮的纵向连接构件进行二维疲劳寿命分析,并显示出横舱壁上的各纵向加强筋的疲劳寿命。计算结果表明,针对改造FPSO在相对温和海域服役12年要求,5年船龄油轮油舱可不需要结构加强,而15年船龄油轮油舱必须加强结构才能满足设计需求。
In order to evaluate the influence of vessel age on an old tanker to FPSO conversion project, taking the VLCC tanker of 5 and 15 years of age as the research object, the differences of specification requirements of tanker of different ages are analyzed. Based on S-N curve and Miner linear cumulative damage theory, according to the navigation environment conditions in the global sea area, the two-dimensional fatigue life analysis of longitudinal connection members of tankers of different ages is carried out by using Mars software. The fatigue life of the longitudinal stiffeners on the transverse bulkhead is also shown. The calculation results show that for the 12 year service requirement of FPSO in relatively mild sea area, the structure strengthening is not needed for the 5 year old tanker tank, while the 15 year old tanker tank must be strengthened to meet the design requirements.
