为分析水下航行器的桅杆导流罩在其航行过程中所受到的阻力,将桅杆导流罩三维绕流问题近似等价为二维问题处理。采用CFD软件STAR-CCM+,先对圆柱标模进行计算并与试验结果进行对比,验证数值计算的准确性。再对6种不同剖面的桅杆导流罩进行数值计算,根据计算结果分析6种剖面的桅杆导流罩在不同工况下的阻力、多个剖面间的遮挡对阻力的影响以及模型尺度效应的影响。最终选择出A2、B2剖面为优选剖面,确认了剖面间的相互遮挡会对阻力产生影响,而桅杆导流罩的阻力系数受缩尺比影响较小。
To analyze the resistance of the mast fairing of an underwater vehicle during navigation, this paper approximates the three-dimensional flow problem of the mast fairing as a two-dimensional problem. The CFD software STAR-CCM+ is used to calculate the cylindrical model and compare it with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the numerical calculation. Further numerical calculations were conducted on six different profiles of mast fairings, and based on the calculation results, the resistance of the mast fairings with six different profiles under different operating conditions, the influence of occlusion between multiple profiles on resistance, and the influence of model scale effect were analyzed. The A2 and B2 profiles were ultimately selected as the preferred profiles, and it was confirmed that the mutual occlusion between the profiles would affect the resistance, while the resistance coefficient of the mast guide vane was less affected by the scaling ratio.
