针对南海500 m中深水海域油田开发需求,结合油田环境条件与国内建造场地条件,设计形成能够适应组块-船体集成后整体拖航安装的“宽浮箱”TLP方案,并对其拖航稳性、安装稳性、极端条件下的运动响应与张力腿方案开展设计分析。结果表明,本方案能满足国内建造与拖航要求,在南海千年一遇条件下最大偏移55 m,张力腿最大张力38634 kN,对应最小安全系数1.45,张力腿顶端和底部的最大倾角均小于10°,均满足设计要求。研究成果具备建造安装便利性,为南海深水油田开发提供了有益参考。
This article focuses on the development needs of oil fields in the 500m deep sea area of the South China Sea, combined with the environmental conditions of the oil field and the construction site conditions in China. A "wide pontoon" TLP design that can be towed and installed as a whole is designed and analyzed. The towing stability, installation stability, motion response under extreme conditions, and tension leg system are designed and analyzed. The analysis results show that "wide pontoon" TLP can meet the requirements of construction and service conditions in the South China Sea. Under the condition of 1000 year return period survival condition, the maximum offset of platform is 55 m, the maximum tension of the tension leg is 38634 kN with safety factor 1.45, and the maximum inclination angle of the top and bottom of the tension leg is less than 10 °, all meet the requirement. This "wide pontoon" TLP has the convenience of construction and installation, providing useful reference for the development of deepwater oil fields in the South China Sea.
