各船级社对于强构件塑性许用衡准尚未达成一致意见,各自采用了不同的强度校核标准。面对各船级社对于重型破冰船不同的要求,选取最适合重型破冰船的强度校核衡准尤为重要。本文以某PC1级重型破冰船船舯舱段结构为例,进行非线性数值计算,比较了在不同船级社非线性校核衡准下强构件的许用载荷,选取了适用于重型破冰船的校核衡准;基于计算结果及选取的强度校核衡准,选取了适合的强构件相对变形参考点。建立了适用于重型破冰船强构件许用载荷的计算流程,进行强构件尺寸优化。研究成果可指导实船结构的非线性强度评估以及结构优化设计,可供其他极地船型评估与设计,规范衡准选取提供参考。
The ship classification societies have not yet reached a consensus on the plastic allowable stress criteria for strong members, and each has adopted different strength verification standards. In the face of different requirements from the ship classification societies for heavy icebreakers, it is particularly important to select the most suitable strength verification criteria for heavy icebreakers. This paper takes the mid-ship section structure of a PC1 heavy icebreaker as an example and conducts nonlinear numerical calculations to compare the allowable loads of strong members under different nonlinear verification criteria of ship classification societies. The appropriate verification criteria for heavy icebreakers are selected. Based on the calculation results and the selected strength verification criteria, the appropriate relative deformation reference point of strong members is selected. A calculation flow suitable for the allowable load of strong members of heavy icebreakers is established, and the size of the strong members is optimized. The research results can guide the nonlinear strength evaluation and structural optimization design of ships, and can provide reference for the evaluation and design of other polar ship types and the selection of verification criteria.
