为系统把握国外水下作战装备技术最新发展情况,研究聚焦潜艇与水下无人装备两大核心领域,梳理美国、俄罗斯、欧洲及亚洲主要国家在战略核潜艇更新换代、攻击型核潜艇技术扩散、常规潜艇AIP技术突破、新型无人潜航器研制等方面的进展情况,总结分析国外水下作战装备技术发展趋势。研究表明,国外水下作战装备领域已形成战略威慑升级、技术扩散加速、无人装备突破的三重演进格局,将对未来水下作战规则、装备体系构建和战场形态演变产生深远影响,研究成果可为我国水下作战装备技术发展提供借鉴参考。
To systematically grasp the development of foreign underwater combat equipment technologies, the study focuses on two core domains: submarines and unmanned underwater equipment. It reviews the progress of major countries and regions, including the United States, Russia, Europe, and Asia, in areas such as the modernization of strategic nuclear submarines, the proliferation of attack nuclear submarine technologies, breakthroughs in Air-Independent Propulsion (AIP) technology for conventional submarines, and the development of new-generation Unmanned Underwater Vehicles. The research summarizes and analyzes trends in foreign underwater combat equipment technologies. Findings indicate that the field of foreign underwater combat equipment has formed a triple evolutionary pattern: "strategic deterrence upgrading, accelerated technology diffusion, unmanned equipment breakthroughs." This pattern will profoundly influence future underwater combat rules, the construction of equipment systems, and the evolution of battlefield dynamics. The research outcomes provide valuable references for the development of underwater combat equipment technologies in China.
