随着我国舰船行业对综合保障系统认识的不断深化,舰船装备综合保障信息系统日益受到越来越广泛的重视和应用。本文在分析舰船装备综合保障信息系统建设现状的基础上,面向信息收集整理、数据管理、分析决策与远程支援等需求,构建典型的舰船综合保障信息系统构架,并详细阐述其平台架构、主要功能和数据管理等方面的内容。结合现有系统实际建设与运行经验,本文针对当前数据信息独立分散、重复收集及分析利用不足等问题,提出了夯实数据库基础、建立保障数据接口、加强数据收集分析等对策建议,为我国舰船装备综合保障工程建设与综合保障信息化工作提供参考。
With the continuous deepening understanding of the integrated logistics support system in Chinese warship industry, the integrated logistics support information system of warships has received increasing attention and application. Based on the research and analysis on the current state of integrated logistics support information system development for warships, this article constructs a typical architecture for an integrated logistics support information system of warships to meet the needs of information collection and organization, data management, analysis and decision-making, remote support. It elaborates on aspects including platform architecture, main functions, data management. Based on the practical experience from the construction and operation of existing systems, this paper addresses current issues such as the fragmented data, redundant collection, insufficient analysis and utilization of integrated logistics support data by proposing countermeasures including strengthening database infrastructure, establishing standardized support data interfaces, and enhancing data collection and analysis. It provides reference for the development of integrated logistics support engineering and the information technology work of integrated logistics support of domestic warships.
